I can't wait for the new season of Smallest Winner! The kick-off is this Saturday, February 25th. I'm so excited to meet my new team (which hopefully includes some of my old teammates)! We're going to have a blast together!
I haven't posted since the end of last season, but I'm still making huge strides with my lifestyle change. I'm down another 10 lbs, which puts me at a total of 45 lbs lost. I still go to the Y almost every day of the week. I continued working with Mcyveton, and I'm seeing amazing results. I get comments all of the time about how "skinny" I look. I assure you that I'm not skinny by any means...but it's so exciting to hear someone say that about me. It's such a strange feeling, walking by a mirror or a window, and realizing that the person standing there is me. The me that I've worked so hard to rediscover. I flex my "guns" at every opportunity I get. I'm no longer embarrassed to lift weights when the gym is busy. Mcyveton even caught me checking myself out in the mirror while I was working out. Haha.
If you are sitting at home, reading this blog, and thinking that you will never feel this way...you're wrong. You can. It's possible. If a person like me can do it, you can do it!
